In-House Full Service Capabilities

From customer conception, Trueline works directly with you to develop prototypes using our 3-D simulation software which works directly with our 3-D progressive die software. This process permits us to build prototype tools to prove the tooling process for long run production tooling.  Every step in the process of producing the part is documented complete with 100% detailed progressive die tooling prints.  Our tool room will build the close tolerance progressive die using the latest technology to ensure the highest level of quality of your stamped parts.  We will run your parts in one of our fourteen presses ranging from 22 to 300 tons.

Trueline can create a process package for you which could include APQP, PPAP, FMEA, FAI
and SPC, all of which are used as a tool for measuring continual improvement
